The reason I have a Wii March 17, 2010 James R. Copley Sr. (Charleston, WV) This takes me back to when I first played a Wii. If you like Wii Sports then you will love Sports Resort.
Wii Sports Resort March 17, 2010 Kelly Demele (RIVERVIEW, FLORIDA, US) This is a very exciting game. never a dull moment. The more you play, the more options you unlock. Great fun whether solo or with friends and family. Highly recommended.
Great game but better with more people March 16, 2010 AtomicEagle (At my house were else?) Ok this is my first review so give me an easy time. I have had a lot a fun with this game i never play this game alone its too boring by yourself. With more people your laughing having fun just having a good time. Dont get me wrong the games awesome just not so great by yourself its a 3 out of 5 by yourself with more people 5 out of 5 this game is a must own for anyone with the wii or loves the wii. If you liked the first wii sports or wii play you will LOVE this one this one also has some of the mini games from the first wii sports this one has some new mini games like sword play and wave boarding both a lot of fun also this one uses the new wii motion plus witch works great its awesome it just annoying that you cant leave it in to play other wii games if you have this in when try too play other wii games that arent compatible it wont register the nunchuck and it gets annoying that sometimes that you have to place down the wii mote so the wii motion plus can register bottom line have a wii like party games? Get this game.
Fun for the whole family! March 12, 2010 Erica Spitulski (California) My family loves Wii Resort. We received this for Christmas and have played it countless times. The games are fun, challenging and my entire family (from the 4 year old to the adults) have a blast with this.
The only issue we have had with it is the Motion Remote goes a little batty sometimes - but it has a quick fix to calibrate it.
Good even for 6 year olds! March 11, 2010 M. Hertzler (East Coast USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We were hopeful when we bought this that my 6 year old, who is the main user of the Wii, would be able to easily control and play the games. So far, we are not disappointed.
There are a few games that she has yet to master. Canoeing, for example, is beyond her grasp. But things like skydiving and bicycle races are really piquing her interest. She is loving basketball and archery. Even frisbee throwing!
So if you are considering this for a younger child, do it!
